In the desert, I sighted some strange men that had black clammy skin and the sheer height of their stature terrified me. They had no eyes as far as I could tell, and their hair was long, rotten, and could be smelled from a distance away. They were vile-looking creatures, but at the same time, I could not help but think that they were not savage, but in fact humanistic. It occurred to me later that these mossy men were created as a result of mental illness elsewhere. When mental illness was "conquered", the illness manifested itself as one of these beings, only a small percent of which found its way into this desert.
