i. Melody of Unknown Significance This album is meant to be sort of a pseudo-live album and represent a performance. In a more curious line of research, the Kingdom of Lavu finally unearth the original "Serenade for the Dead" composition, by a long-since dead musician who has never been named. Given that the composition is considered a fundamental piece of Lavu's history, all six movements are quickly scheduled to take place at the Opera House in Blueheart, with even the Supreme Leadership in attendance. After the orchestra warms up, the first three pieces are played. Midway through the performance, the Supreme Leadership attendees leave. Samuel Cathrop has reportedly been captured. After a brief pause, the orchestra picks up where it left off and plays the remaining three parts. Strangely enough, the rain from outside begins to become increasingly audible through the opera house walls... Movement descriptions - (Serenade for the Dead was written in the context of a story.) I: Stormbringer - A simple pizzicato piece, meant to be used as an intro. Demons rise from the ground to destroy humanity. II: Psychosis - Erratic percussion represents humanity's fear, as well as the inability to resist temptation. III: Serenade For The Dead - A doomy piece meant to represent humanity's desperation for the wisdom of those passed away. IV: Stone Face - Humanity is blessed with courage, and does away with their cowardice. V: Perpetual Autumn - Time begins to stop for the decaying Earth. The living reunite with their dead loved ones. The ocarina in this track represents both the living and the dead ascending to heaven to be together forever. VI: Goetia - The demons fade away as the Earth is left behind for a better world beyond. Creator had known about our plans for a while after we had set them in stone as our life-long goals. We knew this when Keshka disappeared. He had been locked away in prison, but we didn’t realize that at the time. Meanwhile, a melody that Creator had been searching for came into the public eye for the first time.

ii. Opera Blueheart According to history, Creator, when he was known as Harris, visited Unknown Iahae in the Temple of the Sun. Harris was the only person that Unknown Iahae would willingly talk to, and the two decided to collaborate on an ancient melody, which would be recorded on phonoautographs.. It was only years and years later that Creator revealed its location. With the modern technology he possessed, Creator deciphered the phonoautographs into sheet music that could be read by an orchestra, in five separate parts. Me and Emeroch were invited to appear at the first showing of the Serenade for the Dead at Opera House in Blueheart. We both could smell a rat, what with Keshka’s disappearance, but we decided to play with death and accept the invitation. Upon our arrival, the orchestra warmed up in the strangest of ways. We thought for sure that they would all whip out guns and start shooting us in the front row. Fortunately, this did not happen. Then the performance began.

iii. I: Stormbringer The first part was supposedly a reference to a previous apocalypse following the arrival of demonic creatures on Earth. We could sense something odd as well, since a thunderstorm was brewing outside the hall, and different birds and frogs were becoming increasingly audible through the opera house walls.
4.
iv. II: Psychosis (Stormbringer Outro) The piece ended with an outroduction featuring nothing but percussion. This piece supposedly represented humanity’s inability to resist temptations and reflected their fear as well. The piece, though long, amplified the strange feeling I was experiencing. Apparently, this piece serves as a “spirit cleanser”, preventing interference from outside forces following its duration.
5.
v. III: Serenade For The Dead The main event occurred during this segment. This was the self-titled segment called Serenade For The Dead, which represented the wisdom of those that was desperately needed to defeat the demons that had invaded Earth, but had disappeared with the death of humanity’s ancestors and elders. The Rowland Meylith entered to view the performance, but soon left after he received a message from a boy who entered shortly after. According to what I overheard, Samuel Cathrop had been captured. In response, Rowland and his guards quickly left, causing some uneasiness in the crowd and the orchestra. After the Serenade was complete, the orchestra took a break.
6.
vi. Gondii Maledicta, Pt. 3 We decided to leave at that point. Though the orchestra would pick up where it left off, we had better things to do, other than wait around for some assassin to try and kill us. With Rowland out of the opera house, we were free to go as we pleased. In my mind, I couldn’t help but feel that someone to whom I was very close was in danger.

Cosmos 04:24
vii. Cosmos You could not see the stars through the unusually heavy clouds, but something unusual was returning. Something I had not seen for a long time.
8.
viii. Dark Comet, Pt. 2 The Dark Comet was back. Its presence could only mean the next breed of dominant species was about to be chosen. The Dark Comet had only come three times in the past, but each time, it had caused for a new species to be dominant over every other kind. Since humans were the dominant species on Earth currently, I had a horrible feeling about this.

ix. IV: Stone Face As I may have mentioned before, I honed my Instinct excessively when under the influence of Ryan. I was close to becoming perfect when I stopped myself. You see, if one hones their Instinct until it becomes flawless, their instinct develops a mind of its own in individuals with Dark in their blood. x. V: Perpetual Autumn This Instinct then becomes indestructible. Though I’m not sure, it’s possible that the Serenade for the Dead references people who came across this dilemma, people who were so obsessed with their own power, that they could not prevent themselves from honing their Instinct and killing themselves off as a result. According to what I’ve read, the final part of the Serenade for the Dead represents the arrival of Archer Revenge, the human who would restore order. ~ Pcie aetcjo pk opkl skn pbe verhycjt Ehnpb.
