Burning 18:03
i. Burning A strange aura fills the air. One filled with nightmares and plague. The recent course of events filled Roanin with fear. He knew that he had to get to a shelter quickly. The sun was going down, and Roanin didn't want to be caught in the dark on the Great Marsh, for roaming the lands at night boded ill for past souls. Such was the case of Ulysses Paragi, who was sucked into the mire following Dr. Uy's trip elsewhere. Following a recent letter that Rowland received, he wanted to find a man named Thorn. Thorn Ansede to be exact. Apparently it wasn't just Dränsilane Isga that penned the Disynxiym. He had an accomplice. - Caria woke up. She felt groggy, and was confused as to what was going on. She began to remember the dream that she had when she suddenly fell asleep. There was a strange dimension filled with floating rocks that moved in waves like the ocean. She struggled to stay on top, but then slipped and tumbled into the darkness below. There was a loud crash, and then she opened her eyes. The sound of frogs began to bleed into Caria's consciousness, and she became fully aware that she was in fact not dreaming.
2.
Nerve Gas 05:14
ii. Nerve Gas A song dedicated to the ancients of Unkardia. There was another sound, some sort of hiss. Caria covered her ears instinctively, until she realized it was not one of the stone snakes. A strange odor drifted into her nostrils, and Caria began to hallucinate. Suddenly, the area around her was black, but she was still able to move. Upon seeing light off in the distance, she approached it, wondering what it was. As she walked, she eventually come across a blazing fire as the source of the light. She heard a sound from behind her, and she turned around, discovering that there was a strange armless being that stood behind her, a face of pure terror on its head.

iii. Time of the Summoning, Pt. 1 The sun went down, casting shadows until they were farther than the eye could see. Anticipating a horrible roar in the distance, Roanin continued quickly, trying to make progress. Rowland mentioned that the cause of the death of Roanin's parents may be contained within the Disynxiym, or at least some clue. According to Dränsilane's writings, Roanin was born to a man named Rowland and a woman named Ophela, though Roanin could not remember those names at all. Caria woke up for the second time. She, knowing full well that there was something around the Ognian ruins trying to manipulate her, sped out of the area as quickly as she could. She had heard of the legends of what happened when one's personality split, and she wanted no part in it.

iv. Manuscript 13 Roanin made it to the cabin, where Rowland was waiting. "You made it, sir." "Yes." Roanin panted slightly, having run the last quarter-mile or so. It appeared that Rowland had a book on the table. Scribbled on the open page was the following: On this day, RTL was born. On this day, RTL died. And though she passed away long ago. It is a mere husk that continues to live. And with this final writing, It is I, Thorn Ansede, the author of our story thus far, Who will pass away as well. May my words be interpreted as metaphor And not fact. "Is that the Disynxiym?" asked Roanin. "It is indeed. I don't quite remember this passage being here." Rowland flipped through a couple more pages. "Is that the longbow?" Roanin handed Rowland the mysterious object. Covered in vines and moss, it didn't seem like an object that Dränsilane would've used recently. "Wow. I didn't quite expect it to be in this bad of shape. But you see those letters there?" said Rowland, thumbing some carvings in the rotten wood. "Those are Unkardian runes. Plus, this looks to be quite old." "So if Dränsilane used this ancient bow, it must mean that he is from the past?" Roanin paced slightly, trying to understand. "Can you travel through time?" "I don't know," said Rowland. "I just know that there's something incredibly odd about how this book seems to keep writing itself." ~ Caria eventually made it to a small village by nightfall. The townsfolk greeted her warmly, but she felt that they had other intentions.
