Requiem 07:02
i. Requiem Part three of Kerragan's dream sequence. In this one, Kerragan sees himself as part of a secret project, being an informer for Sharhodeon. A sudden pulse of sound was the signal. Creator had revived Derek Unmattias. Kerragan suddenly woke up yet again. Upon inspection, he discovered that he was on a large floating island. There was lava below it, as far as the eye could see. Was this an illusion? His instincts told him that it was. ”So, you’ve woken up again.” ”Who’s there?” ”Just someone you know fairly well. I’m surprised that you’ve gone and taken my body from me, Emeroch. Or should I say, Kerragan.” ”Dränsilane?!” ”Yes, it’s me, the spirit of your brother. Had you waited long enough for me, I would have granted you the use of the body of the miserable wretch you now inhabit.” ”I couldn’t resist, Dränsilane, I swear. The opportunity presented itself, and I took my chances.” ”Are you begging?” ”What?” ”It just belies your obvious talent to beg to me, your older brother. I’m not angry, Emeroch. I’m just concerned for your safety. We operate as a twosome, and I could never have gotten as far as we have solo. But that’s beside the point. My Instinct tells me that you’re in danger.” ”Instinct? That was a failed experiment, Dränsilane.” ”Only because we were unable to hone it all the way. It is still at 85 percent capacity in my body. I’ve still been able to walk on water as well, so I think that anything it tries to peddle off as fact is fairly reliable. Did you get hit by Reve’s bastard sword?” ”Only once. It’s a light scratch on my hand, but… Wait.” ”Now you’re seeing it.” ”So if she went behind the mirror to retrieve that sword, based on our theories, I’m bound for the Wysteriascape, aren’t I?” ”Probably. That was a poisoned blade, Emeroch. It’s the same bastard sword that Unknown Iahae retrieved from the beach, and the same one that Ross received from the burning rubble that was the Temple of the Sun. The people of the Wysteriascape tainted the sword with a parasite that will control the victim’s motor skills and guide him back to the civilization. Remember Lloyd Cathrop? He came down with Gondii Maledicta as well.” ”So I’m currently wondering if I should resist these visions I’m having, or I should go with it and find myself in the Wysteriascape when I truly wake up.” ”Now that you mention it, there is the power of immorality in that city. If you think you can make it home, Emeroch…” ”I should fare just fine.”

ii. Opal Resistor ”Perhaps it was because Unknown Iahae ran away,” though Kerragan to himself. “That’s probably why the people of the Wysteriascape wanted to give him Gondii Maledicta, so he could face charges back home. But why was the Wysteriascape so afraid to see the future? A few prophets could never hurt anyone with their visions.” Walking along the isle was becoming tedious. It was one thing for Gondii Maledicta to be affecting Kerragan’s vision and mind, but it was another when the vision wasn’t progressing at all. How long would it take for the Wysteriascape to rear its ugly head? It seemed that was a question to ask later. Kerragan decided to sleep for the time being. Surely something would happen that would solve his annoying dilemma.

iii. End of Square Unit A long time ago, in an unknown part of time, two gods dueled ferociously. The entangled battlers would summon forces of light and darkness to destroy the other’s armies. Muagara, the god of darkness, was unparalleled and unrivaled in all the universe as an omnipotent being of power. The much more feeble god of light, Eresymcaion, would be defeated time and time again by his dark counterpart. This was the story of a millennium where time was both continually flowing and had stopped completely. This was the Revenence.

Oracle 03:51
iv. Oracle And who am I to know such things? I am the one who was and still is the immortal sage and oracle of the town of Viandor. Unlike many other locations on the Earth, Viandor has very little history. It is more of a trading town, with people coming and going. No excessive labyrinths, no giant towers, just a cluster of stone houses carved into the cliffs beside the Putrid Sea. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s where I’ve resided for thousands of years, silently watching from the sidelines, so it’s comfortable enough.

Magic Cube 05:18
v. Magic Cube In this time and place, I reside six days from the end of the world. Today, it is December 26, 9999. When the year 10000 comes into being, according to the irreversible prophecies of Kerragan Cathrop, the universe shall cease to exist in the blink of an eye. How should I know? Once again, I am an oracle. Like it or not, I know all. But in this case, I know these things because they’re my prophecies. I created them. Yes, that’s right. I am technically Kerragan Cathrop, although that’s a name for myself that I threw away a long time ago. My name now is my original name, Harris. Pleased to make your acquaintance.

vi. Research Project Long ago, even before the epic battles of Muagara and Eresymcaion, there was a man named Félix Oarr. He was one of the nine governors of Lavu, number eight to be exact. He was also a sort of loose screw that loved to tinker with his science experiments. One day, he invited a man named Derek Unmattias to his lab for what was supposed to be a routine checkup, since Félix Oarr was supposedly a doctor. Unfortunately, he couldn’t help but want to experiment on this poor innocent man, and thus, he whipped out his pair of scissors, tied Derek to a chair, and began to make some “alterations”. I was aware of this atrocity at the time it was happening, since I lived in Lavu at the time. I didn’t do anything, though, since I can’t stop every single bad thing that occurs. As I said, I’m not a fighter or a superhero, I’m just an observer. In the end, Derek looked sort of like a raw piece of meat, but was still alive. The idea behind Félix Oarr’s madness was sort of a test to see how far the human body could be pushed before it just gave up. But now, I wish I had intervened when I could have.

Fate 21:45
vii. Fate Then, a man entered the room and stabbed Félix Oarr with a dagger that he had ironically found lying around his containment unit and untied the pitiful Mr. Unmattias. The man, a experimental prisoner of Félix who called himself Creator, would escort Derek to an island called Exeräise, where the two would plot their revenge. But first, they drowned the wounded Félix Oarr in the Great Marsh. With powers that Creator had received from his own Instinct, he gave Derek Félix Oarr’s body, while the empty limbless husk that was Derek’s body was allowed to float away. Now, Félix Oarr was only instated as Governor No. 8 because he was family to then Governor No. 6, Kerragan Cathrop. So in order to get revenge, the two decided that killing his step-brother was not enough. After he had had his two children with his wife Reve, he was distraught to find that their baby daughter had been whisked away by the Isga brothers. But they never died because of their sadness. In fact, they were murdered. It was tragedy to be sure. But then I did something stupid. Vari Cathrop, the son who was hailed as Kerragan’s successor, went back in time. That was the first thing, despite my being an oracle, that I could not fortell. He used the Weeping Oaken Tree within the Great Marsh, a tree that had been around since the beginning of time. Surprisingly, he had grown acquainted with the tree and its powers, and knew what it could do, and therefore went into the past in order to make things right. I created a mindless clone of his father to pursue him, and soon, it was chasing after him in the past. But then it occurred to me that Félix Oarr was not as stupid as I had previously thought. Although my name is Harris and Kerragan Cathrop, it is also Creator. It is also reasonable to consider, that even though I created time and space, that I should be privileged to watch over it, experiment with it, and execute its demise. Unfortunately for you, I’m done with this world. You cannot change your fate.
